The Institute for Civic Education in Vietnam (ICEVN) is a nongovermental, nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization, founded in October 2005. ICEVN's main office is in Houston, Texas with faculty members from around the globe.

ICEVN's programs comprise of courses in civic education, entrepreneurship education, and managerial leadership development. ICEVN offers both on-line and traditional courses to fellows and entrepreneurs in Vietnam and overseas.
